How do I order online?
To make a purchase online, browse for an item, confirm your size and colour preference (where applicable) and click "Add to Basket."
When you've completed your shopping, click "Checkout" on the top right side of the screen and we will guide you through the checkout process.
Payment can be made through direct deposit or credit card (via paypal). Please note, there are no extra charges for making payments through any of these methods.
How do I know what size to buy?
We have intentionally stayed away from ‘number’ sizing as this doesn’t quite work for new mums, but as a general guideline, a Size S is approx. 8-10, M is approx. 12-14 and L is approx. 14-16. Our measurements and grading is done taking many factors into consideration. For more details on measurements of each style, please have a look at our Sizing Chart.
Getting the right fit is very important and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you feel you have bought the wrong size, we offer free exchanges. Just email us to organise that.
How long will my orer take to reach me?
We post out orders twice a week generally - on Mondays and on Thursdays. Your order is posted from Melbourne, so depending on where you stay, the delivery time will vary from apporximately 1 to 4 days. If you do need your garments urgently, we are always happy to make expections so please email or call us and let us know.
Why do you only post twice a week?
Picking, packing, sending and general logistics is not a cheap excercise. But we do not want to pass these costs on to you. So, to make sure we can offer you the best product, the best price and the best service, we do not post daily.

I received my online order but I have changed my mind. Can I return it?
If you have ordered the wrong size you are welcome to exchange or return the item at no additional cost for delivery of the right size. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges, but will gladly swap it for the item you require.

I received a faulty item – what should I do?
If you purchased a faulty item from one of our stockists, please visit or call that store and they will be happy to assist you.
If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item purchased online please email us with the details so we can ensure the faulty goods are returned and organise a new item to be sent out to you at no cost.
What if my goods are lost or damaged in transit?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit please Contact Us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
Do you post outside of Australia?
Yes, we can post outside of Australia but our online system won’t be able to process your order. If you require this service, please send us an email with details and we will organise that for you and let you know the appropriate postage costs.
I would like some more on some of the products – where can I find that?
We aim to give as much information under the product descriptions as possible, however if you have any further queries please contact us and we will try and find out for you.
I have forgotten my login name or password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your login name or password, just send us an email and we’ll reset it for you. Unfortunately our system cannot automatically do that at the moment but we’ll have it sorted for you in no time at all!
